At least there's one new song? When I saw The Power, my brain immediately thought it was their old song That's The Power and then I thought it was a single with no new songs... The Power rip was okay, but I never really like concert rips so I can't judge from that.
I love the live performances of Kanashiki Heaven. They really messed with Airi and Chisa's voices in the recorded version and made it high and more cutesy. I really didn't like that. I'm hoping that this new version sounds more like the live although I doubt it.
So far I'm really liking The Power. It's a very different sound for C-ute and the music really caught my attention immediately. I know that it's probably the wota at the concert but a big part of me really hopes that the male voices saying "woah" are part of the actual song because I love the way it sounds. I'm excited to hear the actual recording of this song.
I don't really know if rearranging the song to give the other girls lines will be effective. It would be nice, but it its not broke then don't fix it. I'm torn. I would like to see the other girls get lines, but I don't know how much I'd actually like the song since I love the original.
If they don't change it up, they're basically selling a single that has only one original song, since there aren't any b-sides. Not much incentive to buy unless you REALLY love The Power.
Seeing as Tsunku said that the other three will only be singing in unison during the chorus, re-releasing this nearly two year old song seems like a wee bit of a cop out.
Yeah, I think if they don't do any major changes, it's a waste.
They already have the instrumental out on the Crazy Kanzen single, and the Suzuki / Okai solo parts, along with, of course, the original song itself, so I really, really don't see the point of it.
I love this song as well, but it just seems to be an entire waste of space.

It feels very unlike the usual C-ute sing, doesn't it? I kinda like it, just because it's different.

I'm not feeling The Power so far. It doesn't have that "umph" a single should have. I'll wait until the MV comes out so I can read the lyrics. As for Kanashiki Heaven I love the Airi & Okai combination! I'd love for them to record another duet or perform a cappella :) I hope the HQ covers come out soon so we can get a better look at the outfits :)

It's still not as good as the live version but I like this version of Kanashiki Heaven better than the original version they released. They finally fixed that awesome Airi moment at 3:08. When she does it in concert it's so powerful and surprisingly rough for her but in the original recorded version they completely messed it up and ruined the song for me.
Eh, I think The Power is weird. And I liked the Sakura/Karin version of Kanashiki Heaven better than the original. Yet another C-ute single I'll be passing over...
I don't care for The Power at all, and Kanashiki Heaven's new arrangement isn't that amazing to me. I found the whole "lalalalala" thing at the beginning kind of stupid, and even though the instrumental packs a lot more punch than the original, it just sounds the same to me, so I'm passing this one over, too.

RE A & LE D are my favourites & I love the outfits for Kanashiki Heaven :) The outfits for The Power would look better if they took away those white coats or replaced them with something else.
