Zukki is going on diet challenge. Her goal is back to the same weight when she debuted, period in two months (until stage play “TRIANGLE” ends this June 28th).

I just hope she does it healthy and doesn't starve herself. And I hope her debut weight isn't too thin because that was 4 years ago. There's a huge difference in your body between age 12 and 16.

Her debut weight is probably what most of the other MM girls are at now. She already has to exercise a lot for concerts, so she'll probably just cut back on portion sizes and not eat sweets.

I did the same thing and lost 13 pounds in two months this year. It was shocking how quickly it drops off.

If you legit, stick to a diet and go full force into it, the first few weeks is all the water weight that you lose so naturally you lose a lot of weight in the beginning. After that you're just trying to convert the fat into muscle and that's when it gets hard cause you body doesn't want to let go of the fat.

True facts. I plateaued at 118 and I'm honestly okay with that. I started at 135 and I feel good around 120 so.

I don't think it's a very realistic goal to try to be at the weight you were at at 12 when you're nearly 17 but best of luck to her. She's stated she dieted for the auditions so she didn't even notice her weight gain around 2012 because it was normal for her.

Abe Natsumi, Iida Kaori, Konno Asami, Fujimoto Miki, Ishiguro Aya, Sato Masaki, Inaba Manaka, Satoda Mai, Otani Masae.... A pretty decent list, looking at prefectures XD
 
Hell 3/5 of the original members were from Hokkaido lol
