I don't know... they are idols working for an agency, and since the biggest card of most of the idols are their looks, I don't think they would let the center of the group look like an awkard prepubescent boy and not as pretty as she could be or used to be.
 
I think she could decide to cut her hair like that, but management could also suggest her to do it.

I feel like they don't really care. It's just that they've told a few girls to keep a certain style before and now people think they do it for everybody.

Karin herself said that she decided to get it cut. Sometimes the girls will straight up say if Tsunku or management thought they should cut or dye their hair.

Karin has been in an awkward stage for like six years now. She looked decent for about two months when she had long hair, then she chopped it off and she just looks worse.

^Well I have to agree with that. Wonderful World is actually listenable though, since the girls show off very good vocal, but I can't seem to get into Ca va. How sad J=J 's songs are going downhill. Even their ace's look is going downhill.
 
Karin's hair is too short to even be called stylish. I actually think short hair suits her better than her hair in Romance no Tochuu. The features on her face are not striking enough to make her distinguishable with a long hair (maybe they were when she was younger though). Short hair flatters the harmony of the face better than long hair, and that's what she needs. But not that short though.

Yeah the text on LE D looks okay... Sorry, I should've specified I just generally meant all the covers' text looks amateurish lol. Which they all do, save LE D which looks the best out of the bunch, followed by Reg B, but the photoshop color blocks just look so cheesy in that one Q_Q
 
I'm not kidding--I could do the shit on Reg B.... and that's sad lol. I guess I could technically do them all since they're not complicated, but Reg B is the kind of thing I'd make and think "ahhh this looks so cute from someone like me who has had no actual training in PS~ Look at the colors~" (while knowing it's, really, not good.)

I feel like J=J must be hated by the Photoshop team, but I guess they don't give them much a budget to do their covers. I like Limited D best, myself, but I can see a few good qualities in the others that would've been a lot nicer if they were executed not so... amateur-ishly.

Wonderful World MV Preview from H!S :) I was expecting an outdoor MV because of what the song is about so I'm kind of dissapointed.

I don't find Wonderful World really special.. Quite forgetable to me at the moment but maybe it'll grow on me. Yuka is the only who's looking really good in the PV ; I don't really like the others hairstyles. I hope I'll like the other song better.

I actually really like Wonderful World (though I'm majorly laughing over here because I seriously just typed "I actually really hate Wonderful World" first, and now I feel like it was a hilarious Freudian slip). It's generic idol pop, but it's different for H!P and I think it's generic idol pop done well. It doesn't sound cheap or overdone, just... simple, in a good way IMO. I usually hate typical idol songs (see: Mikan), but I feel like this one gets something right somehow. I can't put my finger on it, but it's just well done when it could've been way worse.

The Ca Va Ca Va PV is really cute, and the song is so much better. Everyone looks so much better in this one than they did in Wonderful World, and I like the way they styled Karin's hair, it looks much better than that straight, helmet hair she's sporting in Wonderful World.

The Ca va? PV is really cute, but I'm not liking the song that much anymore. Weird how I did a complete 180 with both songs (now I love Wonderful World). I do like the accordion a lot though.


I wonder if they filmed in the house for Wonderful World, or it's just a stage set. And woah, they filmed outside!
