Announced today on H!S, seems this is a mobile app that's been available since 7/21?
It has these features:
-Tour diary
-Staff diary
-Hello shot (posts pictures of members everyday)
-Shop out (buying pictures [I think there are some only on this app?])
-Hello Q&A (multiple members answer your questions)
-Special contents (releases, plans, etc.)
-Hello E-mail Magazine (Merumaga) (Members "send you mail," such as promotions, when it's their birthday, etc.)
-Hello Gacha (Every day you get a free gacha of a member's picture)
^These are the basic features you get with the 400 yen app (not sure if subscription?)
v These are special features for the 700 yen app
-Hello! Radio (has playlists, songs members choose, radio shows)
There was also a whole section labeled "free contents" on the homepage--so maybe the app is free, and you do subscription of an extra $4 or $7 a month to get the extra features?

I can't even find it in the Japanese app store.

Kudo is saying it as a "service," so maybe it's like a mobile site? But they didn't give a site at all. Well really, they gave very little info on how to get it. It says 7/21 open, as does Kudo saying it started on that date. But it's difficult to get the info you need to actually get to the site/app whatever, from the video.

Yeah, it appears to be a mobile website, not an app.
