She's marrying fellow stage actor Kotani Yoshikazu. The two met in 2013 when they acted in the play "Zettai Kareshi. They've been dating for 2 years.

He was also in Prince of Tennis the stage play and live action movie. Not sure who he played off hand though.

It's probably more that someone in casting or production worked with him on the first one, and called him to come audition for the other roles

True and I'd totally get it if she didn't. I do think there's a fair chance of Erina getting an invite though since they were in the group together for a little while and Erina was supposedly a big fan and pretty attached.
