For some reason it's stuck in my head that they usually have their fall tour until mid-November. Weird.
I'm gonna say they won't end in Hokkaido and they'll add one week so they're touring for a bit longer than with Prism lol.

They'll add a Budokan whether they announce new members or if someone leaves. It's standard at this point.

That 12/10 date in Hokkaido is somewhat worrisome but not unprecedented - the classic one being RihoGrad where they finished the "hall tour" portion in Sendai. I guess the official trend is now to put some homecoming final for the last concert before the Budokan special.  Also, Gradation was a standard no-frills run without any graduations or new member announcements.
 
I'm also going to call December 13 (Tuesday) as the Budokan date at this time, since the 17th is already taken and any later dates would conflict with the winter concert rehearsals.
 
There's only a few more weekends in November & December that they haven't booked for concerts or handshake events.  At the rate things are going, we should be expecting the new single around October to take advantage of those openings.

H!P's last winter concert also finished up in Hokkaido.


They've promoted singles in the middle of concerts before (and often use them as a venue for handshakes) so it's entirely possible they'll do both at once.
