Yeah that backtrack haha. Looked weird when the girls went "aaahhh" directly after a solo line, it looked so fake haha. Still, it's kinda cool they chose the current members and not the OG, like with Afternoon Musume.

All it says is "niku soboro", and none of their current offerings have that. I'm used to soboro being chicken, but it could be beef too.

I love okra but I'm not a huge fan of fried foods. I'll eat fried okra though, I just prefer it...steamed and on top of a block of tofu and topped with some ponzu and wasabi.
I AM a picky eater though so it's amazing they do all sound good to me. Probably made with katsuo dashi though so I can't eat them I'm sure.
I used to be avidly against fried pickles because I was like HOT PICKLES EW but then at the bar Ryan used to work at they had them and he MADE me try them and they were ok. Like I said, I don't eat too much fried stuff, but they are ok once in a while.
I don't either but when I see those pickles in the window my inner glutton is like 'hot damn'.
The trick with fried pickles is that the batter needs to be thin because otherwise it just gets gooey in the window.
Oh you know what else is awesome fried? Zucchini. I like it no matter how it's cooked but a lot of people don't. But even people who didn't like it liked the fried ones at work.
Probably the best thing involving MM since... forever? The vid is surprisingly good quality and really cute. The parts when the singers get in the middle of the roundabout are a bit awkward but other than that I really love it.
I'm started to be excited with all the budget they put on the MVs now. I think I haven't watch any music videos by any other group since MM's last single release so I don't know if the good effort in MVs are being put in Morning Musume or the other groups are starting to get good-looking videos like this too.
That was surprisingly good. They handled the song better than I expected as well. And seeing them actually able to look like they're having fun in an MV is refreshing to see.
God it kills me that they put Ayumi as one of the more lead vocals on this song.... But yes, the MV was very cute. But then it confuses me as to why they let Maa-chan be in this recording and video but not their one set to release in March? I mean I'm assuming this was recorded/filmed before her injury announcement (December 22nd), but they had to have some idea she had an injury before the announcement was formally made, right?

Made a new Thread for the Miso Musume. Some of the posts I couldn't move over because they were linked with other topics and it would have looked weird.
This is what you get when you have someone else footing the bill for the MV budget. And it's beautiful!
Happy to see they did this before Masaki went into full rest mode. It would have looked awkward without her.
Watching it made me happy. I like when stuff makes me happy.

This is better than has any right to be. I usually say that videos don't have any bearing on how much I like a recording, but I think this is an exception. I didn't need another recording of "Morning Coffee," but this makes me like MM a little bit more than I did before. They actually look as if they like each other, and even if it is just acting, I want that image put forward. I like that the new recording is faithful to the original and, outside of a few notes that I wish were held longer, the girls sound pretty good.
