Doubtful. Digital releases sell poorly so I'd be surprised if they spend money on a PV.

No, because any wota who would buy it will buy it regardless. This will be their third digital release this year and I don't know if the other two even made a dent in the charts. I've seen the numbers for the top 10 on ITunes, and it's not impressive. The only people who are making money digitally are the people who have chart longevity or good streaming numbers, and idols usually have neither. There's a reason they're the only acts trying so hard to get you to buy physical copies. This song is just so Nanami and Ruru have something to perform where they're not just dancing while the other girls sing.
Today, Yanagawa and Danbara filmed their first MV with Juice=Juice for their first digital single "Fiesta! Fiesta!". They said Miyamoto Karin was there to film the MV with Juice=Juice as well. The outfits will be revealed later.
