This is such a Tsunku H!P throw-back track, and I love it. He's said more than once that he's still capable of writing fun, more upbeat songs, and this proves it. I actually love the rap, as it reminds me of MKB a bit.

It seems that way, although to hear him tell it, he's just giving the suits what they ask for.

The rap for Kitto Watashi wa was done by U.M.E.D.Y and may very well have been the last one he did since he passed away December of last year. 
 
So, they've been holding onto this song for a LONG time.
