Aika is my all time favorite, so I'm truly happy to prep for her. I haven't read any blogs in a while, but now that I have time I try to catch up with reading all posts. Ok, let me get this straight since I am a bit confused, do all the non moving animated pictures like hearts, exclamation points, and happy faces, that show up on blogs need to be replaced with the ones on the emoticon list also? or can I just paste them on.

These need to be replaced with the ones on b!p. Follow these steps:



1. Look for it in the drop-down emoticon list (click on the smiley next to the "Add Media" button). When you find it and click on it, its short code will be inserted in the post (for example, ":crownai:"). As you prep more and more, if you want you can memorize the ones she uses often and just type the short code instead of going through the list each time.



2. If you can't find it with step 1, look for it in the custom emoji list and copy it from there. If it's not there, you can substitute something similar. No need to be too picky when using a substitute because Niigaki has a tendency to use a lot of new emoticons.



3. If you still can't find it or a suitable substitute, then upload it the same way you would a photo. Copy and paste it into the custom emoji list as well for future use.



We want to avoid step 3 as much as possible.



I hope this helps. Everything else in the ones you've done so far looks great.

Today is Maachan's BD so I just went ahead and prepped Ayumin's and Maachan's entries. I guess I will keep an eye on which entry has been translated, otherwise, I will prep normally.

When I see サマンサ it automatically makes me think of Samantha Thavasa lol, and that's all I get when I google it, but it doesn't really make sense, and I wonder what the へへ part means too. Of course it could just be Maachan not making sense again, but I thought I'd consult on it at least... ^^;

ちゃんと can be kind of awkward to translate. Literally it does mean "properly" but we don't use that phrase in English as often so it comes out weird. What it implies though is doing something you're supposed to do or something that's good for you. So in Japanese culture you're supposed to take a bath before bed, but Mano was so tired she might have been thinking of skipping it. She says she's going to take a bath even though she's tired, because...
