Man, Tropico 5 is an even bigger disappointment than T4.

T4 was very good gameplay-wise, but lacked in terms of atmosphere (which is crucial for Tropico games) because of the partially worse graphics. Plus, the new stuff added was rather small and marginal.

T5 adds several new things that are interesting. However, it had several features cut that both T4 and even T3 had and the graphics look just marginally better than T4.

I did it.

I'm on the last battle now and I officially hate the game. I'd have dropped and deleted it a while ago already but I know it would keep bugging me and my ocd forever. But I hate RTS games and I suck at them and the last battle is pure RTS. I wasted hours on it already and I can't complete it even when trying to closely mimic a youtube walkthrough video.

EDIT: I finished it. Despite my frustration it still felt satisfying. I even feel a little sad that it's over now.

Does anyone here play Wolf Among Us? Quentin and I have played through episode three and episode four just came out so I'm waiting for him to get it so we can play. Its by the same people that made the Walking Dead games. Its really interesting so far and takes fair tales to a new level.

Went to my friend's house yesterday and we played around 4~5 hours.
I had a really hard time getting the drifting right and constantly got off track, which was never a problem for me in N64 and DD.
The online play was extremely smooth and there was no hiccup (but it discconects you if one of the players is afk for too long), which I was very surprised by.
 
Neither of us played with the Rosalinas. =P

Rosalina is my favorite character so once we unlocked her I constantly used her on that atv. I'm glad I'm not the only one who had a hard time drifting. Although, once I started customizing the vehicles it got easier. Also we didn't realize that there are two rainbow roads...One is really easy and we played that first so we were really upset. Then we got to the other one. . .

About MarioKart 8, is there a way to make the screen not split when playing on two player? We use the game pad (because I love the game pad) but both the tv sceen and the game pad screen are slip in two and we can't figure out how to fix it.

Joking aside, I really didn't recognize any of them. And I can't be bothered to make out the names of those that seem somehow similar, if Sega can't be bothered to bring over Yakuza games anymore...
 
@Al; I'm happy with nothing coming out for me until GTA V in fall, because that means I have time for my Steam backlog ! Eventhough I should by working on my MA thesis...

Been playing some 30h of PayDay 2, a lot of it with a friend in co-op.
If you have at least one more guy to play it with it's really great and can become pretty tense.
Most public people are also pretty ok.

Quentin bought me a copy of Naughty Bear yesterday. Nothing says I love you like "Go murder cute, fluffy teddy bears." But in all honesty, its one of my favorite games and I always play it at his house...but now I can play it at home.

Me and my friends commentated over a game called Journey this evening and I highly recommend it :) It was released on the PS3 in 2012 and it will be re-released on the PS4 (TBA). I'm not going to give you any insight into this game at all and there's a very good reason for that.

^ Yes. I've recently started doing video game commentary with a group of friends from a Sonic forum :) We commentated over Journey in one sitting because it's not a game you can split up into separate parts :) I agree it's a very beautiful game and when it comes to PS4 I'll buy it :)
